Must is a versatile platform that allows users to rate, review, and keep track of movies and TV shows. It offers numerous features such as connecting with friends, managing a movie wish list, and discovering personalized recommendations based on individual taste. The inclusion of built-in machine learning and AI enhances the experience by providing a unique Must Match movie rating system. This system generates ratings based on users with similar tastes, resulting in truly personalized suggestions.

To begin, users can create and manage two movie lists: one for films they have already watched and another for films they want to watch. For watched movies, users have the ability to rate them, provide a short review, and share their thoughts with friends. For movies on the watchlist, Must's movie tracker notifies users when they become available for viewing.

In addition to movies, Must also offers features for managing TV shows. Users can track TV shows from popular providers such as Netflix, HBO, FX, FOX, The CW, NBC, and BBC. The platform notifies users when new episodes are aired or available for streaming.

Upon logging in, users are greeted with a home page featuring trending movies, personalized recommendations, and films currently playing in theaters. For convenience, all movies and series available on Apple iTunes provide direct links. Additionally, users can watch the latest trailers and find inspiration through film collections curated by Must editors.

An activity feed keeps users informed about relevant account activity and provides updates on movies and TV shows their friends have watched or plan to watch. This feature promotes interaction among users through question asking, debate over opinions, recommendations, and movie invites.

A personal profile summarizes watching activity, offers a social rank within the Must community, and provides insights on favorite actors and filmmakers.

Must also enables users to connect with friends and fellow movie enthusiasts outside the app by sharing a public profile link (mustapp.com/@username) on social media. Additionally, direct linking is available for recommending specific movies or TV shows.
